Withdraw from the contract
This is an informational translation. The Slovak version is the binding one.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and we will email you a confirmation with the date and time we received your notice.
If you bought a RUNAGA Lite subscription through the App Store or Google Play, the seller is that store and the refund is handled there. Send this form anyway — we will reply telling you exactly where to turn.
Order number from the store, the email you registered with, or anything else that helps us find your contract.
You do not have to give a reason. It helps us improve.
